When You Register for Training

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending necessary membership, billing, safety, or scheduling messages.

Our services are designed for families, but children do not register themselves.

Parents or legal guardians must complete all interest-list and enrollment forms.

We do not intentionally request personal information directly from children under 13 through our website.

Information about participating children is collected from their parents or legal guardians for registration, scheduling, safety, and program administration.

Parents may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information about their child, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.

COACH MARCEL may take photos or record videos during training sessions.

Photos or videos that identify a child will not be used for public advertising or promotional purposes without appropriate permission from a parent or legal guardian.

A separate photo and video authorization will explain how approved material may be used, including on our website, social media, and in promotional content.

Promotional media permission is optional.

A child may participate in training without granting permission for promotional photos or videos.

Parents may contact us to withdraw future promotional permission or request removal of specific material under our control. We will review these requests in accordance with applicable law and any prior permissions.

We cannot guarantee removal of copies already independently shared or stored by third parties.

We do not sell your personal information.
